The all-new Outback offers a lifted ride height and tough-looking exterior, with the practicality of a station wagon design. Plus, it can venture further off-road than a traditional station wagon. With 8.7 inches of ground clearance and all-wheel drive, the wagon is easily able to navigate inclement weather and even muddy, rutted roads. Although, you won’t see a typical Outback tackling offroad trails with Jeep Wranglers or Toyota 4runners.
If you’re shopping for a new Outback in Fort Collins, you have the choice of either a non-turbo or turbocharged four-cylinder engine. All Subaru Outbacks come standard with all-wheel drive and a continuously variable automatic transmission (CVT).
For 2023, Subaru has made a few alterations to the Outback. The updated front-end includes a larger grill, revised headlamps and a new front bumper. The car's driver-assistance features are improved by cameras with a wider field of view.
