What is a Business Development Center (BDC)?

The BDC at Dellenbach Motors is our in-house, highly trained internet sales and customer service specialists who work closely with customers to ensure that they receive the best experience when they email, call or come into Dellenbach Motors. They are here to help you from the start of your vehicle search until you find the vehicle that is right for you!

What does the BDC do?
From a price request to a finance form, our BDC responds to you as quickly as possible with the information you need.

When you call in about a vehicle, our BDC Team is on the other end of the phone answering your questions.

They schedule your appointment for a test drive. In advance of your arrival, their partner working in the showroom will have the vehicle ready before you walk in the door.

Can't find the car you want? Our BDC is here to help you find a vehicle that is perfect for you, whether or not it is on our lot.

Want to find a vehicle with custom features? Our BDC will help you custom order your perfect vehicle.

Whether you have a new, used, specific model, specific price,
or specific mileage in mind, the BDC will let you know when the vehicle you are looking for arrives on our lot.
